It took us a year to finally launch it, that 1 year was not technical challenge but marketing! You were right. We spent a lot of time doing UI engineering, studying behavior of users in a controlled environment, pilot programs until now we finally have a "bit" of confidence to come out, not easy lah! With the limited budgets we have, we can only try to go through kind hearted bloggers like Shamsul who bothers to help us educate the users, I'm not trying to boot lick here but its true, not all bloggers are willing to spend time to do this for free, our team is greatly motivated for that. About all your bulk ideas, I think we need more "Drivers" to go out and try it out, you never know. If petrol can jalan, I will be your first customer man! haha IT-Sideways, good thought about that.
