The site gone bonkers. It when down then up then down again. Shinjiru, the hosting company hosting this blog, says they are doing some maintenance work on one of their datacenter.

Please be informed that there would be an urgent power maintenance at Data Centre#1 at below time/date:

Start: 0800hrs, 23rd December 2006 (Malaysia Time)
End: 2300hrs, 24th December 2006 (Malaysia Time)

The power maintenance is required to replace the capacitor bank in the UPS room. This risk of power disruption would be at minimum but we still suggest customers to take any precaution due to this exercise. Our whole support team will be on standby during this period.

Not sure if its related with this site. Anyhow hope everything will get better tomorrow, or else I’ve to send a support issue ticket to them.

The e-mails that I got is from Montastic. It monitors you site and sends you an email if it goes down, and another email when it goes back up again. I did write about them before. It’s a simple web service.
