Computer Wizardry, Esoteric Spirituality, and Mind-altering Substances

Everybody is pushing out some sort of online community based site. There are online community on almost about everything. It seems Adobe, the makers of Photoshop and Flash (Adobe had bought Macromedia), is also joining the fun on the web.
Kuler is an online community based on the use of colors. Kuler currently is in technology preview mode, in other more popular terms used these days, ‘beta’. It lets you quickly search, create and share a color theme on the web. Other users can comment, collaborate and rate your color themes.
It doesn’t just stop there, you can download kuler color themes as an Adobe Swatch Exchange (.ASE) file for use in Adobe’s Creative Suite 2 components, or in individual Adobe’s application such as Adobe Illustrator CS2, InDesign CS2, Photoshop CS2, and GoLive CS2.
Kuler site is of cause powered by Flash, there is not silly thing called Ajax that everybody else seems to be talking about these days. Overall the site has a pretty solid interface. Myself, sometime I struggle to find the right color theme for my projects. Kuler might just come in handy, thanks Adobe.
