We all know that in the future, robot will rule the world. We humans doesn’t stand a chance against those machines. Hollywood seems to think so. The robot strike, however, will come from the land of the rising sun, Japan of cause.

Trust the Japanese to make this robots as cute as ever. The video is what they call an Actroid. It was developed by a company called Kokoro Dreams, a company specialize in animatronics.

These Actroid are available for rental, for putting them on your booth in trade shows to promote your products or things as such, not for anything ‘weird’ that you might fantasize about. I’ve been told somewhere along her speech she did say, “Touching me is sexual harassment”. Ouch!

I’m glad that they are developing them robots to look more like cute little kids (Asimo), or a cute little puppy (Aibo) or this cute little girl and not like some scary looking Californian Governor.
