Google acquired YouTube the news is all over the place right now, but I did mentions that I’m more interested in what this all means, what will happen next?

In the video the founders of YouTube tells us how things are going to go. And there is also something about the ‘two kings’ getting together. Anyway, this are probably what is going to happen, quoting from Lifehacker (that quotes form USA today): -

• Search Google for “plumbing toilet flusher” and you’ll probably find a how-to video on YouTube. “For queries like that, a lot of times video is the best result,” Google’s Page says.
• “Google video doesn’t go away ever — I want to make that clear,” Schmidt (Google CEO) says.
• Google did, in fact, promise to leave YouTube alone — it will keep all its employees, separate headquarters, its own brand.
• Right now, for instance, a search on Google Video will not find a video that’s on YouTube. That will change.

So basically, YouTube will keep being YouTube and Google will make it better or us to search for YouTube video. That’s good to know.

On another note, not to offend anybody, those two guys looks high. Can’t believe that those two jokers founded YouTube. But then again if I were to become a multi-millionaire overnight, I’ll be giggling like fools too! For the rest of the month.
