Computer Wizardry, Esoteric Spirituality, and Mind-altering Substances
If you are anything like me, you will got a lot of stuff up on your Mac at one time. Things sometime gets over crowded, and applications get pile up. It's time like this I wish I had more desktop. Ok so thats not true, in time like this I wish I has less work to work on, but an extra desktop will help me to have less clutter on my desktop.
Spaces the new feature in OSX Leopard, the next updated operating system for Macs, will do just that. For those who can’t wait for Spaces in OSX Leopard, the next Operating System for Macs, you can grab yourself Virtual Desktop.
Virtual Desktop looks like it does what Spaces does. You get four desktop that you can organize your applications and flip over, with the nice flip animation. This little applications dose help me to have less clutter on my desktop.
Multiple desktop is not something new and revolutionary in the OS world. I remember first seeing this on some of Linux X Window GUI years ago. Its good to see it again.

If you’re anything like me, you’ll have a lot of stuff open on your Mac at any given time. Things sometimes get overcrowded, and apps pile up. It’s times like this I wish OS X has more desktop real estate. (Or more desktops, as in physical- an extra iMac? Not sure what you’re trying to convey here.) At times like this I wish I have less work, more desktop space (or an extra desktop, physical) will reduce clutter.
Spaces, a new feature in Leopard, will do just that. For those who can’t wait, there’s VirtueDesktops. VirtueDesktops does what Spaces do. You get four “virtual” desktops to organize & sort applications, and it switches to the each of them with a nice flip animation. 3 extra desktop “areas” greatly helps reduce clutter.
