Heard of Ruby on Rails everybody is raving about these days? Well the whole Rails framework is based on a programming language called Ruby. It was created by some Japanese dude. He blended a few other language together like Perl, Smalltalk, Ada and some other stuff.

I’ve been wanting to pick up Ruby ever since I heard of it, but sadly I don’t have enough time on my hands. Life gets in the way.

If you do want to get a hands on experience with Ruby language with out setting up Ruby on you computer try this hands-on tutorial. It really gets you the feel of what Ruby is.

Personally, Ruby seems simple but yet complex at the same time. I can’t wait to get some free time in hands and experiment more on Ruby.
