Is Web2.0 a technology? Personally I like to think the term Web2.0 refers more to ideas and concepts then a technology. Actually Web2.0 is what Web1.0 is suppose to be in the first place.

The so called Web2.0 technologies are also nothing new. The technology have been around for quite sometime. It’s how it’s being use to day that makes it new. Ajax are just JavaScripts, Web syndication feeds, RSS are just an XML file.

Web2.0 is more of an idea or concept then actually a “technology�.

Is Web2.0 a buzz word? To some it is, to others is not. I used the term a lot in my blog in the past, now I tent to use it less. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not that Web2.0 is dieing or anything. The ideas and innovation on the web is still going strong and still amaze me. Just that the term is more and more becoming a buzz word.

Well this just an random rant from me, not that it matters anyway.
