Computer Wizardry, Esoteric Spirituality, and Mind-altering Substances
Google is expending its Web mail services. You could have Gmail account for your own domain. The mail services is hosted over at Google’s server so no installation necessary. Instead of having ‘yourname@gmail.com’ you can now have ‘yourname@yourname.com’. Imagine having Gmail interface for your mail at your domain with 2GB for every account and you don’t have to worry about installation or server space. I would so love that.
Right now Gmail for your domain is still in close beta. If you or your organization are interested you could sign up. I doubt Google would let me sign up for this, because I’m the only one using jiboneus.com and who would want to have yourname@jiboneus.com?
Over at Google’s blog, it looks like San Jose City College is among the first to try out this program. Great for school giving it’s students Gmail type account on their own domain.

Yeah, when google says “your organization”, they literally means a community based website. Not a single user blog/personal website.
Yes I know, but I really like the Gmail interface to be my default Webmail client for my domain provided by the hosting company
