These Animes that were aired on tv are mostly for children and teenagers. If you managed to watch these Animes, you might notice that the majority of the characters (if I was correct) are children, some of them are cute girls. And of course, these particularly adorable and funny characters are not lolis (The hentai version of child female characters).

Actually, what I’m trying to say is one thing: The article is telling what the reporter himself made up- 100% false facts due to his lack of research. Anyway, forgive me if I have said something offensive.

First Mistake, the reporter did not do a thorough research before writing the accusation:
In my point of view (i try to break down to him), Animation is a large overall figure of hand-drawing art that been published in a video format. From that large figure it breaks down different type of sub class called genre. And the genre also have break to age properties which concentrate on user age. Doraemon = for kids 7 - 13, Naruto 13 and above
And hentai is a part of the genre where its contain and it is a sub portion of those large portion, Of course its concentrate to adults only IN WHAT ALL OF YOU CALLED ADULT FILM. (sheesh what a fool he made himself is)

To know the definition of anime, please do google search as stated above. And to know the difference type of genre, please go to anidb.net.

So, following from what he said, that what we watched in the TV anime such as Doraemon, Pokemon is basically porn or “secara amnya ialah bahan lucah”. What kind a joke is that, even my grandmother know that Doraemon is not porn.

Second mistake that he do is that he did not do comparison. Why? Following the comparion between anime and normal movie/TV series (with have live people in it). The difference is that both is one is hand drawn (anime) and one is live action. Basically the genre is almost the same and a genre in live action is ADULT FILM instead of hentai. So, “adakah saya boleh menyatakan bahawa secara amnya semua filem-filem yang disiarkan di television dan panggung wayang adalah FILEM LUCAH?”, no such thing right? Can I say the artist () doing porn instead that they are the the host star in SESAME STREET ? What an absurd generalisation if you ask me.

Third mistake, you have labelized the animation industry to porn industry and you can been flamed and sue for making generalization to it. For example, is Walt Disney a animation porn industry? Bear in mind that Walt Disney is also doing animation.

Fourth Mistake, please bear in mind as a reporter, what you write can generally affected all of us, Malaysian. I actually quite shocked that I found an article from http://www.animenewsservice.com/ where the Title is 1-24-06 (11:43AM EST)—- “All Anime Is Porno” Generalizations In Malaysia. So instead u make a fool out of yourself u just drag all Malaysian to become of the fools in the Eye of World.

But there are good news,.. A Star reporter heard the cries of all Malaysia anime fans and now Star Newspaper (not assosiated with Kosmo) has now a weekly column on anime.
