Computer Wizardry, Esoteric Spirituality, and Mind-altering Substances
Spot this on digg. There seems to be an easter egg in PHP itself. Just add the code:
?=PHPE9568F36-D428-11d2-A769-00AA001ACF42
to any PHP page URL you will see a funny little dog picture.
Here see it on my site:
<a href=\"http://blog.jiboneus.com/?=PHPE9568F36-D428-11d2-A769-00AA001ACF42\" target=\"_blank\">http://blog.jiboneus.com/?=PHPE9568F36-D428-11d2-A769-00AA001ACF42</a>
It is even on PHP.net site:
<a href=\"http://www.php.net/?=PHPE9568F36-D428-11d2-A769-00AA001ACF42\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.php.net/?=PHPE9568F36-D428-11d2-A769-00AA001ACF42</a>
The dog picture differ from one version of PHP to another.
Well this might be annoying for those who wants to hide what sever-side scripting language they are using, for security reason perhaps. But then again it’s actually quite funny.
There is also another code:
?=PHPB8B5F2A0-3C92-11d3-A3A9-4C7B08C10000
This will bring up the the list of credits for PHP
Try it out on your PHP site.
