Go Flock Yourself (GFY for short) is more Web2.0 then you might think. Let’s take one of GFY test to verify if a site is Web2.0 or just Web1.0+ on GFY itself.

1) Rounded conners, check, see the edge of the above image, yup, rounded conners over there.

2) Pastel colors, what are pastel colors any way? is black a pastel color? Lets just give this to them, check.

3) RSS feeds, yup, check.

4) Podcast? well it seems that they are planing to have podcast. Another point for them.

5) AJAX, livesearch, yup check.

There you go, Go Flock Yourself, the so called evil villain of Web2.0 is more Web2,0 then they might know. I even think that GFY is more Web2.0 then Read/WriteWeb, the site that they love to pounded on. There are no rounded conners on Read/WriteWeb or even any signs of AJAX.

On a serious note though, GFY is really an interesting site about Web2.0. It is actually one of my favorite blog about Web2.0.
