It looks like this Ruby on Rails thing is here to stay. 15 month after the first public release, finally Rails is version one.

Ruby on Rails is an open-source web framework that’s optimized for programmer happiness and sustainable productivity. It lets you write beautiful code by favoring convention over configuration.

Its hard for me to explain how great Ruby on Rails is, check out these videos yourself. I haven’t actually tried Rails, right now I’m still with PHP and MySQL, but I’ll surely will experiment with it when I have the time.

    is the framework support PHP or CGI ?

    Nope it’s base on Ruby programming, the framework was created for rapid web development. I haven’t have time to play with it yet. The framework also has some AJAX engine build in it.
